    What billing address did you/the other person set up on the account? That would be the address correspondence would go to.

    And no, not receiving a bill doesn't absolve you of the contracted debt.

  • All sounds very strange - how did they remove the 'guarantee' - if this was done surely they'd have notes of the request, approval and so forth even if there isn't a physical letter?
    Did they allow contract changes without your approval?
