Breach of contract by Vodafone?

I was mis-sold an additional line to my phone contract rather than the upgrade that I processed. It took me three months to get Vodafone to acknowledge this and for them to cancel the additional line. Vodafone terminated the wrong line, while I was on the phone to them, and I was left with only the additional line for 15 days. Does any of this deem a breach of contract on the providers side?
Thank you in advance.

To add - I was never given the SIM card for the addition line and was left with no phone for this time period.0

They should listen to the sales call and see what was discussed in the call. If this was a upgrade call then the new line should be returned and the original line upgraded. However there is every chance that "sorry the call was not found" and this then means they cant do anything for you. Sales teams are targetted and will do anything to hit target remember. If the call is found and it is a mis-sell make sure and ask for compensation (does not include the money youve paid out on it already as they owe you this as their mistake)Remaining Debt - starting - £1609.44/current - £1457.730

The upgrade was processed online, with proof. When I went into the store, the lady gave me the phone and with no SIM card of the additional phone number. It was clear to her and me it was an upgrade. But the extra line was created on the online account0

My issues was more with the disconnection of my active line for 15 days, a mistake by Vodafone. Is that deemed a breach of contract?0
