'F' denotes the daily charge and debt (if applicable) your meter will collect each week.  What tariff are you on?  If it has a daily charge of 29p then it's correct, it will collect £2.03 per week whether you use any electricity or not.
Try to move to a credit meter, or at least get the best pre-paid tariff that's available.

We are in a two bed flat with gas heating and electric cooker. We average just over £1 a day prepay electricity.

I've tried switching before I have no debts on my account when I tried looking to switch . SSE gave me a debt.   . I put £50 on every 2-weeks on my electric the end of the two weeks or on left of £10 that's why I look to switch .

You're almost certainly paying far more than you need simply because you have a pre-payment meter, probably made even worse by being on one of SSE's more expensive tariffs.  Ask SSE for your tariff details and opening meter reading.  Then read the meter today and try to establish your actual annual consumption in kWh.  That's paramount, without that information you can't shop around sensibly.
If you don't read the meter and don't know your tariff, you're likely to pay well over the odds.  It's like going into a restaurant and just asking for a slap-up meal with plenty of booze: if you don't bother to look at the prices on the menu, you're likely to get a shock when you get the bill.

I have to come off a pay monthly metre because I couldn't afford it . I'm on, ESA for disabilities . I £100 every two weeks to live on on when I was on the monthly bill my monthly bill was 200 a month because I was simply on the wrong tariff as well on there  .

A  How much credit you have on your meter, eg. £45.00.
C The time and current rate you’re being charged, eg., at 2pm it will show you the day rate, and at 2am it will show you the night rate.

D The date and current rate you’re being charged.

E How much credit has been put on your meter since it was last reset by an engineer.

F How much standing charge and debt (if applicable) your meter will collect each week.

G The total number of units recorded by your meter since it was manufactured.

H Your meter reading for your day usage

I  Your price per unit for your day rate.

J Your meter reading for your night usage.

K Your price per unit for your night rate.

R How much emergency credit your meter will let you have, if you need it. (Your key will need to be in your meter.)

So you're paying 18.56p/kWh in the day, 12.77p/kWh at night and a massive daily charge of 29p.  That's daylight robbery !

With Neon Reef on a credit meter I'm paying only 12.11343p/kWh at all times and a daily charge of 13.2825p inc VAT.  You should aim for something similar but on E7.

As Gerry says you are on a ridiculously high tariff both for the cost of the energy but the standing charge as well. You need to get onto a comparison site (or get someone to help you to do it) and get a better deal.

You are paying a premium for being on a PayGo meter and if you have electric heating it will become unmanageable when winter comes and you start using the heating. Have you got an immersion heater - is it just using off-peak electricity or have you go the boost switch turned on.

A bit more info on your use of electricity for heating, cooking, hot water etc would help. Do you have an electric shower, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer etc

I trust you're on the Priority Services Register and getting Warm Home Discount, Cold Weather Payment, etc ?
You say that you couldn't afford the monthly payments on a credit tariff, but I doubt if the rates were anything nearly as bad as the dreadful tariff that you've now ended up with.
It's like shopping only at Waitrose and Harrods because you can't afford Lidl and Aldi.
Presumably you have an immersion heater?  Make sure it's only on E7.
