Shell Energy Deals

Options
Hi, my son was about to sign up for the Shell Superfast deal via MSE, as he needs a 12 month contract, which according to MSE would entitle him to £120 credit if signed up before Aug 31st. Please note however that on Shell's own T&C's, they say the MSE deal ended on 24th. I've asked Shell confirm which is correct, and asked MSE to check and take the deals down, Just be aware, as this might not be the best deal if you can't get the credit. So,

It now includes a £100 Amazon voucher instead so it is still not a bad deal.

Yeah I cant decide whether to switch from Plusnet. Plusnet is the same price but without £100 amazon voucher, but they do supply a better router (£6.99 postage). So I could spend the £100 amazon voucher on an Asus router or stay with Plusnet and get their latest router.

I just joined Shell Superfast Fibre Broadband. currently receiving 5gbps - estimated speed, 35MGPS (No idea if that is my actual speed I should be getting).  I tried to call the company, but could not find a phone number, so went on their chat. was originally advised it takes 10 days to settle, but then i was advised the fibre part had not been added, so in effect, I am getting the standard broadband.  minutes later, told BT outreach are being contacted and need to await a call back within 3 hours. not a good start to the company :( especially as I am WFH
Trinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!
