Monthly cost £55 Max (£60 for 12 models)
Upfront cost £150-£200 Max (Maybe £300 For 12 Models)
2 year contract only 

Or am I asking for too much and won't get deals that cheap.

Also will o2 match other deals tried to ask them before they said Ask again nearer them time of contracts ends

Uswitch will give you a bunch of cheaper companies like fonehouse for example that will offer you better deals than O2, Vodafone, EE etc.  I realise you posted this in August last year but I don't think that many people that use the forum are that interested in getting the best deal.  Most are probably not interested in paying the fees required to have the latest iPhones,
