3 mobile topup

Hi, 3 mobile asks if you want to topup and add-on when one phones to top up - As a Payg only I only wanted to Topup with £10 pound, they have put it on as an add-on which expires in a month, I don't use addons etc, I only want a topup. Is there a way to get it so its a Topup only pls ?

I do it via the web and just type in my number and card details and the money has always gone on as non-expiring credit. And you can add as little as £2 credit on my data reward sim

You may want to call them if you need to change your add-on to credit (if that's even possible to be reversed)

If you have just got the sim then it will be on there new tariff i think it's called super something and that is the Three payg i don't think they do a basic sim anymore afaik they only do packs.
I have an old sim which is the 321 3p min,2p text, 1p 1mg data but you cannot get it from Three no more.
I think all the networks will be like it as time goes on it give the networks more money because you will have to top-up every month instead of every now and then also it could be they are running low on phone numbers.
