Had enough of Easyjet! I changed my flights around April to a new date in November. Just checked the app and noticed my flight was changed to a random day in September, so I tried to change it again and found the prices, normally around 40-£70 are now a whopping £792 to Amsterdam from London. Tired of this treatment I tried to cancel the flight instead only to find the app has been modified and couldn’t find the option to cancel flight anywhere, also same deal on main website. I managed to find a number, so I called to cancel and each time I asked for my money back I was put on hold and when the operator returned, I kept getting offered a voucher! 5 times I had to say ‘I want my money back’ eventually the operator did say we’ll send a refund in 3-5 days time. Something tells me I won’t see any money. How are they allowed to get away with this?

Trying to charge £305 each way from Newcastle to Belfast (BA charging £40 via Heathrow). !!!!  I have ongoing issues with these clowns. We know that the airline industry is on its knees , but taking the you know what out of long standing customers would appear to be the quickestway to bankruptcy. 
          There customer service has never been great, but it has sunk to new depths even allowing for the current challenging conditions. I don t trust their call centre staff, much prefer emails, where there is at least a written record of "conversations"
