Electric heating themostat

Options
Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out the heating system in my flat. I moved in 2 years ago and have never been able to figure it out. I contacted the company recently to get a manual and from reading it, it seems that you should have it on either a low or high heat constantly and only turn it off if you are not there for a few days. Has anyone got one similar? It seems a waste of money for me to have the heaters on even when I'm at work. Thank you I will be grateful for any help

It would help to know what sort of heating you've got - underfloor, panel heaters, storage heaters, convectors, infra red etc

Likewise you'll probably get more replies if you put you post in the gas & leccy forum rather than this one which is LPG, Solid Fuel and Oil
