Good afternoon all
First time posting but long time reading. Like many at the mo, needing to lower the monthly outgoings. Spied the £14.99 (adjusted) Shell BB offer but cannot seem to arrange. The £24.99 per month figure seems to include the credit of £120 on their website suggesting a higher rate of £31.99 per month. Very good chance I am just being dim but have Shell for leccie and gas so they know who I am??
MSE peeps and wider community any thoughts??
Most appreciated, best regards

£24.99 x 12 minus £120 . £299.88 -£120 = £ 179.88 divide by 12 comes to the same as for others .£14.990

Shell quoting £31.99 less £120 getting to £24.99 rather than £24.99 less discount???
Thanks for reply, KR

If you read the Shell Energy Broadband Promotional Terms and Conditions, for the MSE offer it makes it clear that you pay £24.99 per month for Superfast Fibre and you also "receive a one-off bill credit of £120".Gregorovich said:Shell quoting £31.99 less £120 getting to £24.99 rather than £24.99 less discount???
