Warranty not being honoured

As suggested on here I'm currently in contact with the original seller, who have said the original tests were inconclusive and are planning on sending the machine back to Husqvarna for further tests. Not sure where I stand there without being in possession of my purchase if they decide its knackered.

Husqvarna Warranty Service covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Husqvarna will repair or replace products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship free of charge, under normal use and maintenance.
