wanting to make nat west international payment in Croatia

Hi helpful people just a quick query as someone somewhere here usually comes up trumps.
Going to Croatia and will need to transfer money from nat west using my debit card to a Croatian business. They want it done in Sterling Anyone done this and know about charges. When I do a dummy run it says free fees for 2 to 4 days and £15 for immediate.I don't really want to pay £15 if possible. Cash is not really an option.
I saw on the website to advise nat west my card will be used abroad so will do that today.

Dare I ask what the business is? You have zero rights in terms of a chargeback or S75 doing bank transfers.

Well it all worked fine it was for dental treatment and I used Sterling in the transfer as they must have a sterling bank account. Anyway all fine although I did tell Nat w
West in advance just in case. So all well thanks guys!
