For peace of mind I would check the details about where the funds go - hopefully a bank account set up for the purpose and with more than one signatory. Do you know if there is a management company (abeit run by the residents)?It would be prudent to ask when the building was last valued for buildings insurance as you may be under or over insured.It seems things are running well enough but I know from experience that it's best not to let things go that aren't quite right as they will come back to bite you later!0
