Some small misapprehensions here.first78 said:Looking for a laptop for general internet use, social media....Is this a good deal?

It is a somewhat bulk standard device, but, Windows 10 S isn't an issue, since you can convert it to normal Home with a few clicks on the mouse. 4 GB of RAM isn't really an issue for simple usage. It is actually Full HD 1920 x 1080p and not HD 1366 x 768p.
You can see the full spec here: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/model/NX.A0WEK.002
Would I buy it, in your position? Probably not.
Currys has another bulk standard device with a bigger screen and slightly better CPU for much the same: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Aspire-3-A315-42-15-6-AMD-Ryzen-3-Laptop-128-GB-SSD-Red-DAMAGED-BOX-/353089912229
But it's RED.
Instead https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ACER-Aspire-5-A514-52-14-Laptop-Intel-Core-i3-Black-REFURBISHED-B-/353153553277 for £315 is a lot better. But Grade B doesn't seem that attractive. It could be fine. Perhaps check with the vendor as to what it means.
Pristine version(damaged box) a little above your budget at £370: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Aspire-5-A514-52-14-Laptop-Intel-Core-i3-256-GB-SSD-Silver-/353077675554
Better everything, than your initial suggestion. But still missing the 8 GB of RAM level.
Not necessarily what I would do with my money. But it fits a minimum spec.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HP-14-14-dk0011na-Laptop-AMD-Ryzen-5-Processor-8GB-256GB-SSD-14-1213114-/224048260185 fully fits the recommended spec for around £330, but again B Grade and it's HP Consumer.
