ISA for US shares

I have an ISA with Interactive Investor and trade some US shares, but ii are limited as to what they offer. I cannot buy limited partnerships for example (BP Midstream Partners is one such company).
My other half has an ISA with IG that can buy LP shares, but I don't find it a great company to use. They do not offer a DRIP facility for UK shares for example.
I'm looking at AJ Bell and Hargreaves Lansdown. Does anybody know if they cover limited partnerships?
I have emailed both this morning but would like to hear about other peoples experiences with these providers.
Thanks in advance.
