Land Register Title does not change

it would be reasonable to give solicitors 2 weeks to reply to your email. so give her at least a week to reply before you start getting too upset. if the solicitors is bona fide, you should be fine as they are heavily regulated in the UK.
The vendor sold the four properties in one building at one time to four different buyers. I checked their title deeds and surprisingly found that only one title was changed.0 -

Last time I bought a property it was 7 months before the change of ownership ended up on LR, and that was before loads of staff were furloughed.....
