Eclipse internet & home calls deal - worth a look?

Hi All
This one covers both internet access and home phone calls....I have not studied it in detail, but thought you might like a look. I know Eclipse has been mentioned elsewhere on this board if people want to refer back by searching.
We are just about to get broadband (whoopee!) out in the wilds of Herefordshire.......progress eh. No decisions made yet, but interested to know what people think.....

I have eclipse broadband provided via my employer, I am not impressed by their webmail, but the speed I get is 2.2 Mbps0
