Which achieves absolutely nothing. Then people wonder why they get told anything to get them off the phone. Everybody is trying their best. Just requires patience on everybody's part. As things will take a lot longer that's unavoidable.

I'm the same with RyanAir - got email 28/7 saying refund due in 5-7 days. Within hours had £24 refunded which was the price for the 'privilege' of sitting with my children on the flight. The remaining £600 for the actual flights I have seen nothing of. No way of contacting RyanAir. Tried several email addresses with no response. ChatBot tells me I've received the money and to contact my bank! Bank says no sign of it. Absolutely ridiculous.
