Hi guys, first post and it's a bit of a moan sorry.
Currently with talk talk as my provider, last week saw through the mse emails the offer of vodaphone fibre, 2 years £25 a month with a £125 amazon voucher after 3 months of opening account. Time limited offer, so I signed up, got my order confirmation, booked the router and line switch date for the 31st August. Talk talk sent the usual sorry your leaving can we tempt you emails, then 4 days later I get an email saying thanks for staying your new provider has cancelled the switch. So online chat with vodaphone, confirming the details and the assure me all is okay, it must be a scam email as my switch is on the system and all okay.
Today I get a call from vodaphone telling me oh there's a glitch the order and direct debit isn't set up so if I want to go with them I have to do it all over again. Only the same deal isn't available it's now more expensive and no lovely amazon voucher. Peeved at the waste of time, and I've no idea where to go to switch providers now, my talk talk isn't the greatest. Anyone else had issues with switching to vodaphone

okay wee update on my rant lol,
Spoke with vodaphone and they have said that the broadband order was cancelled via the 3rd party link, so the MSE link, must have had too many folk jumping on the chance of a good deal. the hunt for internet and happy deals continues

I have had loads of problems with Vodafone cancelled in the end but still getting emails and messages for the non existent service on a daily basis When I telephone them they say they have corrected their errors but the next day we are back to Square 1 I would not recommend unless you have hours to spare and infinite patience1

Maybe they have got better in the 18 odd months since last post .

If that annoying you, just put the email in the spam folder and blacklist the number which send you the text.rae2022 said:I have had loads of problems with Vodafone cancelled in the end but still getting emails and messages for the non existent service on a daily basis When I telephone them they say they have corrected their errors but the next day we are back to Square 1 I would not recommend unless you have hours to spare and infinite patience0 -
I switched from talktalk to Vodafone due to their customer service. Vodafone turned out to be as bad or even worse. System glitches (or lies) when booking appointments, referring me to their complaints team, tick a box on my account, next time they say nothing ever been ticked. A total mess and so I am moving now elsewhere. perhaps you should ditch them before you step into their chaotic, full of lies world? Heard PlusNet has a bit better reviews on their customer service.Lexy2383 said:Hi guys, first post and it's a bit of a moan sorry.
