How Do I Get The Weekly Newsletter

For more years than I care to remember I have received the weekly email on my current address.. For some reason it now goes to my old email address of 8 years ago not my current address. I tried to change it but my efforts fail because it says my new e-mail address is already receiving it - but it isn't - it did up to two months ago but not now. FAQ's do not help. Any ideas anyone?
