Use cashback with the same provider more than once?

Hi
I used cashback site (quidco and topcashback) in the past to use with plusnet and nowtv broadband.
I'm looking at signing up again as a new customer for my new property very soon. Plusnet looks good. I used plusnet about 6 years ago to get cashback. I'm curious as to whether I will get cashback from plusnet again if I use quidco (I used them before), or should I use topcashback instead?

Is there ever a time limit when you can reclaim cashback again or is it ever once?
Reason I ask is I tried to cancel with breakdown cover a long time ago and I told them I can get a better deal via cashback, and the retentions staff advised me to be aware that if I already got cashback from AA in the past I won't be able to get it again. So I should use a different breakdown company or different cashback site. He had no skin in this and was some passing advice before ending the call.

It varies from company to company.  Some will only let you get cashback once even if you were with them for 28 days in October 1973 and you've been with somebody else ever since, so if you come back you're in their eyes not a "new" customer.  That example might be a bit extreme but...

A new customer for Plusnet is you haven't been with them for the last 12 months (I presume at the same property), so in theory you should get the cashback.  It might be worth clicking through and hoping, because otherwise if the deal is good and the cashback is just the icing for the deal, it may not matter so much if you don't get it.  nice if you get it, not the end of the world if you don't.
