I don't know the area but the house looks beautiful, it does look small from the outside, is there anyway that photo could be retaken so it doesn't look so tiny from outside?
I did wonder about the garden, is that supposed to be a patch of grass but it's all dead? If so lay some lawn or plant grass seeds to sort that out. I thought maybe it's too damp and it all dies? I wouldn't want a garden that was damp all the time.
Either way I would book a viewing, iit seems suitable for an investment or first time buyer I definitely don't think it's a price issue. Possibly a parking issue?0 -

Has no parking which may put people off. However there is plenty of roadside parking on our street. The reason my road is so popular, well at least I thought it was, is that it's one of the 'nicer' roads in the area, walking distance to 2 x train stations and walking distance to one of the best local high streets in the area with pubs and restaurants where the house prices go for £400k plus. There is a road not far from here, in a crappy part of the area, with the same terraced housing (much bigger then ours though and beautiful houses) but have zero parking or drives and they go for £30k more then mine is up for sale for.
We have no bathroom upstairs. Nothing we can do about that but there is room in the big bedroom to put an ensuite toilet if someone wanted to do that.

Bathroom upstairs and off-street parking are important for people, I would guess many have ruled it out because of that.

Here is one that is nearby according to Rightmove and has 3 beds, upstairs bathroom and off-street parking. It also has a more family friendly garden.
Is that in the worse part? If not, I think it should be priced at a discount to that.1 -

Yes this is the house opposite ours. . Its a nice house and as you say drive and upstairs parking.0 -
It's a lovely house, downstairs bathroom would be a definite no for me, bathroom is a little scruffy, you need to get rid of that black mould on the tiles around the shower it can be really off putting for people."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0

Yes this is the house opposite ours. Strangely they put it for sale the same day as us at £215k. Within 1 week reduced it to £209k, then days later offers over £200k! Annoying for us as I know it's worth more then ours. Im shocked (and annoyed but what can you do) they dropped the price to match ours so quickly in the space of a couple of weeks. Its a nice house and as you say drive and upstairs parking. The kitchen and bedrooms are alot smaller then ours but there garden is beautiful and they do have the drive and upstairs bathroom.
Anyway, that's probably where the viewers are going.
You could choose, either drop the price to the next band under to make it competitive. Or you could just take yours off the market until theirs is gone. That would prevent the listing from getting stale, and if you aren't getting viewers at that price point is no real loss.
