I have a Barclaycard platinum visa, but i want the reward card instead for the 0% foreign charges. Does anyone know the process on how to do the product transfer?

Contact Barclaycard and see if you are eligible.0

Usually they don’t offer a transfer. You have to close the current card then reapply for the one you want instead.

They recently offered me the 'opportunity' to do a product transfer and this was offered by email with a code I would need to do it. I'm assuming from your post you haven't received such an email so as @Deleted_User suggests, contact them and see if you are eligible.0

I contacted them through a browser secure message - and asked whether I could transfer to the rewards card. They replied saying I was eligible - but needed to call them to instigate it. Haven’t ever been able to get through since though.1

I used the credit card on a few meals out - granted I'll clear my balance but maybe I should read the terms lol0
