     Unit rate 116.6 kWh x 17.817p
    Standing charge 30 days x 22.490p
This is a rate with Shell energy, higher standing charge but a lower rate per kWh; my calculation would be that if you use 10+ units per day, it would be 4p per day cheaper
    14.360p per kWh
    Standing charge 24.68p per day

That's still absurdly expensive: did you compare all suppliers?

I have been with Shell for a few months, I couldnt find my tariff, that was from their web site. It wasn't the cheapest at the time, but not too bad, I went with them because I get a discount on my diesel for my vehicle.
