Council Tree In Middle of Driveway

    You can ask the council to remove the tree and for permission for a dropped kerb and driveway but the chances of getting all that are probably slim. 

    If you really needed a driveway then you should have probably bought a different house when you seen a tree in the way of the potential access.

    One householder might, but I doubt if many neighbours would agree.

    Spelling I'm not bothered with so much, but when I observe someone using a past participle without an auxilliary verb in front of it, as above, I cringe! :o
