Tesco Mobile web/Doro Top-up query

I have recently purchased a 'pay as you go' Doro 5516 mobile phone from a local Tesco store, who set up the owner number and who also appear to have activated a £10 top-up voucher.
I subsequently setup a corresponding account at https://topup.tescomobile.com, and added a further £10 top-up ('WEB Topup' is shown as successful in the topup.tescomobile.com transaction history, and also for the correct mobile phone number).

1) I recall that the topup.tescomobile.com indicated that it would send an e-mail message, confirming the 'WEB Topup' purchase, but this has not been received (however a web registration e-mail message has been received on my PC).

2) I cannot trace the 'WEB Topup' purchase in the Doro Phonebook > Owner number > 'Show my balance' > View, showing only '*#10#' - which I presume is the initial £10 top-up voucher.

I've rechecked my Doro/topup.tescomobile.com settings, but can't see any obvious error. Any suggestions to trace the 'WEB Topup' purchase on the Doro phone would be welcome. TIA

Does Tesco have ability to "show balance" texted to your phone?
I think the '*#10#' is what you dial on the phone, which them triggers a text response from Tesco of "your balance is £xx.yy" displayed on your phone

That’s right, *#10# is not the balance itself but what you dial to get a message back with the balance.

Regarding the emails OP, I would check your junk or spam folder.

Many thanks - understood, and the total balance shown is correct.

Many thanks - have done, but no trace (perhaps I misunderstood the Tesco Mobile message)
