coronavirus - thread disappeared

There was a thread yesterday in the coronavirus support forum, with 15 or so pages of replies, entitled "so much for tesco's 'concern'', which has disappeared, and when I click on it in my 'history' it says I"do not have permission to do that".

Why would I get that message, and where has it gone? There were some good contributions on it.

At a guess a moderator removed it due to the content.

It's a bit annoying when that happens, but that thread was starting to go in circles a bit, with some overly repetitive posts.
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

There's a lot worse still going on these forums than that thread. It remained on topic. I suspect a mod didn't agree with the sentiments. Either way, it's a shame the thread couldn't just be 'closed'.

    Never mind.
