Sky subscription ending soon

My Sky deal is ending soon, in a few weeks. I want to call them like I did last time and haggle a new deal, but there is no phone number displayed on their site. I got an email explaining my new options, essentially I can pay £27.99 for another 18 months, but it looks like the speeds will be lower. Has anyone had any luck contacting them? Doesn't seem to be a chat function either.

Sky website currently only lists £22 11Mb/s, or £27 59Mb/s for new customers.
These are for the upto 17mb ADSL normal broadband product and 'upto' 80/20mb FTTC superfast fibre products respectively. The slower 40/10mb FTTC superfast fibre product is not currently offered to new customers

Thanks for the response. I checked my Internet speed and its about 6mb/s. Sky's estimate is between 3 - 7mb/s. They have changed their broadband options, I'm wary I might be paying more for less. I attempted to follow the breadcrumbs above but there is no cancel option when I sign in. I did find a number for them via a Google search. When dialling it says they are only taking calls from vulnerable people, which is not me. All I want to do is speak to a human...0

May be helpful in speaking to Sky.

You have 'upto 17mb' ADSL service. The speed is determined mainly by distance from the telephone exchange.
Does £27.99 include call plan as that does seem excessively expensive for an 18 month retention deal?0 -
Ignore the "we are only speaking to vunerable people" advice.....
Hang on in there and you will eventually get through.
I have rang four times over the past five months and never waited more than 10 minutes.
If it is something that needs to be sorted but can't be sorted without speaking to someone you have every right to ring , vunerable or not .0 -
Sky sent me an email this evening telling me my contract is due to end in September, with some options. They are now offering standard Broadband for £22 a month for an 18 month contract, £10 up front. I'm tempted to accept it, as long as the speeds don't decrease. There is also a number for cancellation. Perhaps they were reading my mind! My connection does have a habit of dropping out once a day, which means I have to reset the router. I don't think my connection is worth £27. £22 is more like it.0

If you renew with Sky, there shouldn't be any change to speeds. Only your billing changes.
Is fibre available at your address?
At 6 mbps on ADSL, the line length is probably around 2+ km to the telephone exchange.
fwiw, I used to suffer disconnections when I had 5.5 mbps ADSL at least once a week often in the evenings interrupting video streaming services like BBC iplayer at the time. I'm about 2.5 km from the exchange. Problem disappeared immediately FTTC fibre became available in 2013 as the fibre cabinet is only 450m away. A relative also suffered from frequent disconnections on ADSL (7.5 Mbps) affecting video streaming. They have not had any disconnections since upgrading to FTTC fibre two years ago - their fibre cab is less than 350m away.
To rule out internal telephone extension wiring to other rooms being responsible for your disconnections, I would suggest connecting your sky hub and phone direct to the engineer's test socket for a couple of days to see if it makes any difference.

fwiw, NOW (aka Sky on the cheap) are offering fibre and free anytime calls for £23 pm. NOW doesn't offer SkyTalkShield (nuisance call blocking). There is a small risk you may lose your phone number when switching from Sky if NOW cannot port the number. There are plenty of other fibre deals available.
