Using LISA with Government Bonus as a FTB Criteria

Hi,
I am a FTB intending to use my LISA with the government bonus. I wish to apply for a mortgage with my partner who is not a FTB. Please could someone confirm if this meets the criteria to use the LISA and bonus for the deposit? i.e. we wouldn't incur a charge or lose the 25% bonus? I seek to understand this as it affects the mortgage application. Thanks,

You need to be a FTB under the scheme rules to qualify for a penalty free withdrawal. It does not matter who else is involved in the transaction.
