SKY Customer Service
SKY is demonstrating a very poor level of customer service. This includes no response to emails, hanging up a telephone discussion in mid conversation, refusing access to speak to a senior person, a closed, covert process for handling and investigating complaints and inaccurate information being given by front line operatives.. Be very wary in agreeing any contract with a company which has such a poor after sales / customer service.

If you think Sky is bad then try Virginmedia 5hrs trying to cancel contract on phone being push pillow to post and asking the same question over and over again...( I have gone bald now from pulling my hair out ) it was that bad i even went on trustpilot and wrote how bad they were on there...Have a look i think they have took over Vodafone who was the worse.
I ended going back to sky and maybe it was luck but everytime i rang i got through straight away and they rang me back twice this was only 3 weeks ago....I went back on trustpilot and wrote a better review for them and to be honest i never write Reviews.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.

The only way to get these companies to improve is to highlight their deficiencies - they obviously regard customers as 'cash cows' and take no interest / responsibility in putting things right. I'll checkout Trust PilotI have climbed the mountain . . . . .1
