AP markers on Equifax - will it affect mortgage application?

Hi,
This is my first post on here so I do hope I've posted in the right place.
After a bit of advice - we've just put in our mortgage application for a shared ownership new build with Leeds Building Society and the hard search has been done and valuation instructed etc. I've always used Experian and Credit Karma to check my credit history and everything is perfect on both no missed payments or defaults showing. There was no hard search showing from LBS on Experian so I googled to see which credit agency they use and saw that it was Equifax. Just signed up to Equifax and hard search is showing on there. I was looking through all the credit agreements on there and noticed that on one closed account from British Gas there are AP markers against some of the months in 2015. Had no idea what an AP was but now found out and I'm worried that it will potentially affect the mortgage decision even though it's from 5 years ago. I'm pretty sure it relates to a final bill we had when moving property - my husband said he remembers us receiving a final bill and it being a lot of money and we couldn't afford to pay it all in one go - so British Gas allowed us to pay it back in instalments. I had no idea it would show as an AP and it doesn't show as this on any other credit agency.
From other people's experience do you think it's likely it will have a detrimental affect on our mortgage application even though its from 5 years ago?
I should add that we had no problems getting a mortgage offer from Barclays last year for another property we were going to buy (long story cut short we pulled out after 7 months of getting nowhere with the Seller) but pretty sure they used Experian and there are no AP markers on there.
Thanks for reading if you got this far!

If you already have a mortgage then I imagine getting another one will not be an issue.
If it’s 5 years old then the effects of it are much lower.0
