In "most" cases - the party that crashes into another, no matter the circumstances is usually at fault.
Be clear, concise and accurate with all the information that you pass to the insurance company0 -
Whilst caveated with "most" this really isnt true at all... take the classic two vehicles heading in the same direction... vehicle behind decides to overtake and vehicle ahead decides to turn right into a side road... damage to both cars is the front wing (obviously o/s on one and n/s on the other); makes diddly squat difference if the overtaking car is 1 foot back so hits the side of the turning car or 1 foot forward so the turning car hits the overtaking car.JamoLew said:In "most" cases - the party that crashes into another, no matter the circumstances is usually at fault.

Same with car changing lane without checking and correctly proceeding car hits it, car in right lane turning left without checking etc etc etc.
That before we get car reversing and car driving forward where they both crash into each other0
