Thanks for the responses - yes, should have been clearer as to what sort of guidance. It's more things like the renewable heat incentive, how that works with the scheme launching later in the year etc. 
And to re-assure, yes, we have architects and historical consultants working on this, it won't be us and a bodging builder ripping out period features!
