Microsoft Office 2019 pricing

I’m looking at getting Microsoft Office 2019 as it’s not a subscription or cloud-based product. I don’t have a fast internet connection to support a lot of uploading or downloading.
I’ve seen various prices for it, with big retailers at £120, however when I google buying it there are a number of websites that are selling it for a lot cheaper. It says exactly the same, that you download and enter a key which they send you.
Can anyone recommend a place to get it from? It seems too good to be true to pick it up for £20 but obviously if it’s genuine I don’t want to pay six times that!

I think we have had a similar question before, quite a few said they had bought the £20 copies and been satisfied, I myself use my sisters, which she has for her business, It can be "shared" between 3 or 4 different computers if you know someone who has it.Do I need it or just want it.0

The cheaper ones tend to be volume licence or developer keys, usually nothing wrong with them except that they fall foul of ms licensing agreements that would have been made with those original buyers/developers.0

Try Groupon. There was a deal earlier in the week for the whole range of Microsoft 2019 products. A lot cheaper than £120.They were downloads rather than discs in the post.0

Buy a licence key off eBay. I've bought a couple at various times at around £6 for the Professional Plus version. Never had the slightest problem. As usual, pick a seller with lots of good feedback.

There's nothing wrong with buying these keys per se, but I'd make sure you pick a seller who appears reputable. I bought my copy of Windows 10 Pro for about £5, but had to go through about 4 eBay sellers before I found a copy of Office that actually worked. Many of them email you a link to download a copy of the software, and I'd caution against unless you have a way of verifying they haven't messed with the software somehow. Instead, make sure you use a seller that provides you with a product key you can redeem against a version of Office that you've downloaded directly from Microsoft or another safe source. If you use eBay, then you have some protection if the seller ends up being dodgy but you still need to be careful. In my experience the cheaper it is, the more likely you are going to have issues, but there are definitely some bargains to be had if you go looking.0

I bought Office 2016 recently from ebay. Think it was £12.50 - no issues with it so far.....0

Thanks all. Had a look at eBay and pretty much all the cheaper sellers had zero feedback!!
Don’t fancy following any links sent to me but not sure where you’d enter a product key on the MS website as it says a download link is only available after purchase??
Might check out Libre Office. Seems it’s compatible with Word and Excel documents so may be the way to go.
