Hi
Just looking for some help.

Someone I know has had a boxnation subscription for a number of years,  paying £12 a month.

They are looking to cancel this as they don’t watch it any more 

They set up the subscription in the email account they had at the time but over the years has since changed email. And cannot remember the password for old email or password for the boxnation subscription

I have tried ringing the company with no answer and have emailed them, again no answer 

Iv read different things in regards to it being taken over but not an actual answer saying who 

On their bank statement it refers to a 
‘Premier Media Broadcaster’
so will try and email them


But I’ve always had good help on here.

The person I know keeps saying that’s what they’ll do 

just concerned as don’t want it coming back to bite. If you know what I mean

It may come back & bite, I know nothing about the company but there may be some cancellation notice required & possible termination fee

A quick google shows they are part of Sky now, maybe that would be worth looking into?

Its also part of BT Sport package.

That’s the thing it seems to be on all the blinking tv things. Emailed sky but some idiot seems to think I want to add it not find out how to stop it

Premier Sports now operate the Boxnation channel but it’s still part of the BT Sports pack. I’d contact Premier Sports in the first instance.
