Crashy will be pleased to know that we have a buyer lined up. A local lady is downsizing and spent half an hour looking round and was still buzzing the next day. Our house is the only one she wants to buy and so far, she’s had two offers that were too low so is awaiting a third and then wants to offer on ours (kicking herself for not taking the first two). Although this may all come to nothing, it’s a bit of hope.0 -
