But I didn't miss the payment, why should I bare the brunt for their incompetence, I might need to buy a new taxi for my business say in 7 weeks, but if this will take off 150 points off my score I'll end up having to pay higher interest for 3 or 5 years😪🤬
    Thanks for your reply👍
You never had 150 points in the first place. And if you had, no one but you would ever have known.

What matters is that it won't have a major impact on your borrowing ability.

Your personal credit file is also separate from your business loans.

You need to calm down. It really makes no difference what the reviews say, YOU didn't check that the payment had gone through. That's the only fact of the matter.
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.

I've never had business loans, I've always had personal loans, 40ks worth all paid with no hitches,  I didn't need to check, the app said it was paid, so that to me means it's paid, the bank said the payment was set up but klarna never excepted the payment, how is that my fault, I've done as I was asked, I have the evidence, they should then see that this was an error on their part, I didn't actually not pay the money, looks like I've got to wait till something appears on my credit file and go down the route of chasing it up 🤦‍♂️🤬

And calm down, I'm sick to death of companies trying to extort money from people, private parking firms, mechanics, car dealerships that don't give the right information, phone companies that charge you for a shocking service, and creditors that have a hidden agenda to catch people out, 2 million people have been hit by klarna, wish I'd read about these people before signing into a measly £140, what a joke 🤬🤬 I've battled for 6 years to get to where my score is, to have it knocked down and stay in for 6 years by a glitchy app, not impressed.

Stop fretting about your pretend score.

The day it means something, ask Experian for a loan. Until then, focus on reality.

I know your only trying to help, thank you, it still isn't right for a company to do this to people, they had 7 days to txt me to say payment hasn't gone through, but left it until the last day to say if you've paid ignore this message, doesn't make sense, but I am bothered about my score I've built it up quite nicely, I've struggled to pay off 40k in debt, I didn't take no iva or help, as not to effect my score, to have a company undo my hard work over £11.67🤦‍♂️ I'll take it as far as I can, I'll leave negative reviews, I won't stop, that is unless my score comes back ineffected, peace 👌👍

But since your score is a pretend number, why worry? Why not just pretend your score is higher?  It makes no difference, as it's just a comedy gimmick for your eyes only.

Remember that lenders only assess you on the data and never the pretend score, and given that one late payment has a marginal impact, why strive for a company that doesn't lend money to give you a bigger number?

It's such a poor use of your time. Why not strive to improve your horoscope instead? After all, it impacts your credit worthiness to the same extent as your 'score'.

It's, at worst, one missed payment.  It won't matter too much.

But instead of letting them deal with your complaint, instead, you've come on here to rant and rave about something that hasn't even happened yet.

Let them deal with your complaint and give you a response.  Then, if that is unsatisfactory, take it to the FOS.  What other people have been through is of no consequence to you.  I bet the handful of complaints you'll find on Trustpilot is dwarfed by the number of people taking out Klarna BNPLs.

Just so I understand this, you've had loads of debt and gone through hell to repay it, and then you then have a horrible time dealing with companies to borrow money you didn't need to borrow.
Now the thing you are most worried about is that this may have affected your ability to get more debt in the future...?

Pretending for a second that the score is valid, why would you want to have a good score to get more debt??! Clearly it hasn't helped you!

I avoid credit wherever I possibly can, and therefore couldn't care less what my score is....
