Where is my Virgin Media new customer Gift?

So i joined virgin media choosing them as my provider over all other dew to the incentive of a free Google Nest Home Hub.
From the date of signing up i received various emails thanking me for choosing them and informing me that my 'gift' will be with me soon.
3 weeks ago i received an email telling me that my my gift is with DHL well and will be delivered within 72 hours, as I say that was over 3 weeks ago.
Help who do i moan at that will have some effect?
I am bloody fuming and feel cheated.
