Can they recall bank transfer?

Options

So I’ve sold a caravan. The woman sent someone to collect and paid by bank transfer. Now she is saying it’s not as described and will be recalling the payment? Can she do this? Will she get the money back and keep the caravan?

The transfer cannot simply be recalled.

It can be but she will have to be very careful or her bank might shut her account. As the only way to do this is if it is a scam.
Not as described. Does not fall into this criteria.

Well she messaged me asking for £100 and she’ll leave it at that. I should have twigged when the collection fella said its the 3rd he’d collected in 2 weeks. I’m not giving her nothing now after all the threats. I did offer £50 at one point. She pretended to be a grandma wanting it for her grandkids but they said she buys n sells them. She can try her luck but not with me.

Tempting to tell her that you'll be contacting her local trading standards office and let them know of her business practises - but maybe not as sweet grandma's can have big burly grandkids...
    Just ignore her demands.

She’s hounded me all day and night. Just got an email at 00:20 saying ‘claim put in’... don’t know who with!

Trust me to sell to an unstable person that doesn’t have the capacity to look at something before they buy them blames me.

Don't engage with this person anymore now, if this is a 'business' this person is running i think HMRC will be interested - someone suggested Trading Standards too, county council too re: rates etc.
I have contacted HMRC, in the past, for a very similar 'business' and that business closed soon afterwards.
Keep all correspondence too it will be useful !

Thanks. I haven’t replied to her since 2pm yesterday. She’s just gone on and on and on... I’m not going to lie it has stressed me out but hopefully she’ll just get bored and go away eventually.
