Seems clear from those screenshots that motorbikes can drive on the road. Does the sign still say that? Could be that google is out of date?

Is this the Filton bus lane? If so then I rode a mortobike along there for about 5 years without any problems.
Not sure about the 2+ lane though (I used to go towards the UWE).
