OK who can go through?

Sign clearly shows cycles, taxis, motorbikes and bus. But I was also led to believe obey whats on the floor. Road has no name but comes from a proper road with a roundabout on the end. This road, after several hundred yards, joins a dual carraigeway.
Council directed me to the highway code lol
Also cant confirm if 2+ lanes will take motorbikes (single pillion) during hours of operation. Again council referred me to highway code. The actual signage near this road contradicts each other.

Painted on the road appears to read "buses and cycles only".
Unfortunately the angle on the sign in the photo makes it hard to read. Can't you get a clearer shot? Graphic plus the text below.
Out of interest, what is your vehicle that you wish to take along this road?0 -
bit clearer and Im on a motorbike - also on the other end ( but you cant actually go up this as its one way)

other end and they have a bus lane camera on the top end0

The road markings are worn to be almost illegible, the street signs are entirely clear that motorcycles are allowed. On your third picture, the contraflow lane appears to be for pedal cycles only.

The markings on the floor are only ever advisory or an indication of something, i,e an indication of the give way line, a stop line etc, the only exceptions to that being yellow boxes and red/yellow lines denoting parking/stopping restrictions. It is the sign on the pole that counts and what shape it is and what colour it is.

Painted on the road "buses and cycles only" - very worn and virtually illegible.
On the sign "buses, taxis, cycles, motorcycles and authorised vehicles".
The sign approaching from the other end says "buses and cycles only". It is possible that it is taxis and motorcycles up so far then changes, for example if there is specific access to a destination.
If there is a bus lane camera, does that take front or rear of vehicle as front photo of motorbike won't capture reg plate.
If you were to get caught on a motorcycle, I would have thought that conflicting signage would be a strong defence. Except, as you are aware, you should take effort to research local traffic orders so then you will know for certain who can go there.0 -
The pictorial list of permitted vehicles is clear. They havent written the four different vehicle types on the road in text because it would become a shopping list. This is pretty obvious.1

Motorbikes can use HOV lanes. These are reserved for vehicles with a certain number of occupants (usually 2 or more), cycles, motorbikes, buses and coaches. They sometimes restrict lorries over a certain weight.
Its not stated that solo motorcycles can use the lanes.
Highway code directs you to the signs
142
High-occupancy vehicle lanes and other designated vehicle lanes. Lanes may be restricted for use by particular types of vehicle; these restrictions may apply some or all of the time. The operating times and vehicle types will be indicated on the accompanying traffic signs. You MUST NOT drive in such lanes during their times of operation unless signs indicate that your vehicle is permitted.
