Everyone who reads this site regularly knows about my Ocado shareholding and how much I admire Ocado. If you do your homework in advance , you find out such things very easily. There are many threads, including some dedicated solely to Ocado. But, even if some readers didn't know, I don't think it is "bad form" to report the forthcoming joint venture between two major players in the food retail world. My report of the forthcoming Ocado/M&S link has nothing whatsoever to do with my shareholdings ( I have no shareholdings in M&S and I explained on this thread to Badger that I have been a huge fan of Ocado since long before acquiring shares. You seem to be very sensitive and, indeed, paranoid to question my honesty about some major food retail information that is good to share on this Forum and has nothing to do at all with shares.
Not everybody.I think I can be classed as someone who reads this site regularly and didn't know you held shares in Ocado. But a valid 'heads up' and of interest to some, all the same.I don't shop in M&S - not because I can't afford to but because I don't tend to buy the sort of stuff they sell, I'm more of a 'cook from scratch' gal.And I don't do on-line shopping either.

I never grocery shopped on line until the CV19 lock down, having tried it I'd rather shop in store but just do not want the hassle of social distancing, some face masks on / off etc so I will continue on line grocery shopping for the the foreseeable futureI like M & S food so will look at the Ocado offering once it appears, in the meantime Asda & Iceland do it for me.I had one dip into Waitrose but the min spend of £60 is a killer for a single householdMore Exciting is the £1 bonus per £20 added on the Iceland Bonus card =5% which trumps anything at the momentEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens1

I had no idea of your supposed self-importance. Now that I do I will read future comments of yours with caution.1 -
