Don't be fooled and enter the 'Urban Jungle'

I am writing to inform all readers to avoid the company 'Urban Jungle' as their advertisement on MoneySavingExpert for a voucher code MSE30 for purchasing home contents insurance is very misleading and I believe did not cover the terms and conditions as stated. This is a copy of the chat that I had for your information:

(02:53:14 PM) ME [ 348a9df0-d893-11ea-94f2-0242ac110003 ]: Hello there

(02:53:27 PM) Alex: hi there
(02:54:41 PM) ME [ 348a9df0-d893-11ea-94f2-0242ac110003 ]: I am unable to use the MSE30 code when applying it to my contents insurance cover
(02:55:41 PM) Alex: Sorry to hear you are having an issue here. Are you looking to get contents cover with us or are you already a policyholder?
(02:58:20 PM) ME [ 348a9df0-d893-11ea-94f2-0242ac110003 ]: I am a new customer. The MoneySavingExpert site stated that I would be eligible for the 30 pound Amazon voucher if I purchased a contents insurance policy.
(02:59:37 PM) Alex: I've had a look on our system at where you are on our site and it looks like you are getting a quote for one of our non-standard contents policies - I am afraid the MSE30 offer is only applicable to our standard contents insurance policy so you won't be able to add that discount code there.
(03:04:41 PM) ME [ 348a9df0-d893-11ea-94f2-0242ac110003 ]: I have wasted my time trying to take out a policy. You did clearly not state that it was restricted to certain policies. I will also tell my friends not to bother with your company. Very disappointed.
(03:05:47 PM) Alex: I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience and I will pass on this feedback to the team, although I am afraid I can't change the terms of this offer.
(03:08:52 PM) ME [ 348a9df0-d893-11ea-94f2-0242ac110003 ]: You need to explain clearly your terms and conditions to potential customers, otherwise you'll find that you won't have any customers fullstop..... Goodbye!
(03:10:42 PM) Alex: I'll pass your feedback on to the team. I hope you have a good rest of your day

You mean the bit in the offer terms and conditions that clearly states:
Offer available only on our standard contents insurance product.
