    I'm within my minimum term with Bannatyne but have gone down to part time work recently and also applied for voluntary redundancy. Filled out the form, sent it, and they said I can't cancel because i'm within minimum term and the loss of employment has to be involuntary. Anybody think of another way out?! Going to be struggling to afford it...
