I am with EDF, and my gross taxable annual household income from self employment is approx £8000 (it was for 2019/2020), but I do not receive Pension credit so I do not think I am eligible for the WHD.

Do you meet any of these criteria?

• Receives child benefit for a dependent child who ordinarily resides with you
• Receives a disabled worker element or severe disability element, Disability Living Allowance or Personal Independence Payment or Attendance Allowance for you or another adult living with you
• Receives carers allowance
• Is aged 62 or over
• In employment
• Previously served in the armed forces

If so, you would be eligible.

You may also be eligible if you receive any of the income-based benefits and fall under the corresponding criteria.
