I registered my interest in Bulbs scheme a few months ago - haven't heard anything yet but did get it last year so....... we wait unless anybodies heard different?0

Bulb tell me they will open their scheme next week for the broader category. They have just created the qualification criteria which is extended to seemingly include Council Tax Support as a low income benefit - their website has full qualifying criteria now so I won't technically detail it all here."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack2
