Well done Turbocat. Good to see Simple Simon get beaten >:) .  Were BW involved at the end? I think that VCS/Excel now use rent a legal like Elms.

  • Well done OP!  Please consider a letter before action to the parking company for breach of GDPR and harassment.  Ask for £300 and see what the response is.  If you do go ahead with a claim via moneyclaimonline it is only £25 and worth a punt !
  • Congratulations to all.
What was the amount VCS were asking for please (£185.00?) - looking for comparison to my upcoming day in Court with VCS.
My Abuse of Process seems to have fallen on deaf ears at the moment.
    Thank you.

  • If it is a similar case I would try for £300 due to harassment and breach of GDPR (Vidal-Hall v Google).  I brought a claim for £500 but the judge only awarded £200 (ish) plus costs.  Obviously if there is more evidence of stress a higher sum might be awarded.

I also recently won a case against APC0A just by writing several times and them not replying (which was very useful).   I submitted a MCOL and APC0A paid without a battle.

I am a bit reluctant when it comes to counter claims and prefer to start a fresh claim.

A new tactic on a thread today - report Excel or VCS to UKAS (read about their accreditation and dob them in to UKAS if you feel they have breached it).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
