Hey people,

So 5 years ago I received an unfair ticket from VCS. I found this forum at the time and used all the incredibly useful info you guys have gathered over the years to help me fight it. For the first couple of years there was just a general to and fro with them threatening me with BW legal and the likes, but then it went quiet and I figured it had gone away.

Anyway 2 months ago I got my letter from the courts confirming they had officially instigated t claim via the small claims. I followed all your instructions and posted my defence bundle off on Monday, and today have received confirmation that it has been 'struck out as an abuse of power'.

I'm absolutely delighted and this is actually the second unfair ticket that I've now successfully challenged and won and it wouldn't have been possible without this forum and the incredible amount of info you guys have collated in helping fight these scum bags. I hope this gives some hope to others that are currently fighting them!

yeh I would expect nothing less of them tbh given their dirty tactics throughout. I'm more than happy to go and defend myself in court if need be.

It would be nice later this  month or so you could pop back to the forum ...  the new draft CoP for private parking is put out for public comments.......  Members of the public will be asked to pass on their comments .... it will help the cause .. and you never know stop people like your good self from being ensnared ...
