Hi all, I have electrical heating, no boiler, my kitchen tap has no hot water pressure however my bathroom taps are okay, any idea why this could be? Should I get a private plumber out to fix?

Hi is there anyone willing to help please.............0

Your water company only supplies cold water, so of the problem is your hot water, you'll need a private plumber.
If the cold in the kitchen tap is affected too, maybe check the stop valve isn't partly turned on.0 -
Hi I cant find the stop valvle?0

You really haven't explained what you've got so we can't really guess what the problem is. Was it OK once and has it suddenly (or even slowly given up). It it was working and has got worse, have you done anything to cause the problem.
A really easy check is to unscrew and examine the filter on the tap spout if it's got one to see if it's crudded up with limescale
Where does your hot water come from do you have a hot water tank. The stop valve is probably a red herring as it controls the cold water supply.
If as you say the bathroom is OK, what about the cold water supply in the kitchen, is that OK. You either need to trace the plumbing to see where it all goes or get someone else in to do it.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers1
