Capital One Chargeback

Well whilst I was away in Venice (purchasing cheap B&H Gold) and getting incinerated in the blistering heat there.....thank God it was only a Day !!!
Capital One have delivered against the "arch enemy".....
Chargeback approved against Last Minute.com for the return of the deposit for my cancelled USA Holiday .
£411.35 recovered from those shysters and back in my Account.
Just to surmise Capital One have come up trumps - Ryanair and Lastminute.com both relieved of the money they owed me within a week from start to finish of process.

Meanwhile I still haven't had an outcome from Barclaycard, having first contacted them on the 23rd of March. They gave me a temporary credit almost 4 weeks ago and said I'd get a response within 21 days. That was up on Thursday with no contact.0 -

Just goes to show these behemoths can be taken on and defeated by the little man.
I am particularly pleased about putting Lastminute.com to the sword....wonder if they will contest it ?
All those moaners on Trustpilot complaining about them and seemingly doing nothing are letting them get away with murder.
Glad I got in before the inevitable tsunami of French Claims that will be flying ( or not as the case may be) in !!!1
