Yes that's how my numbers show up.
They obviously have a cunning plan.

I don't answer my phones. If anyone wants me they can leave a message. Scammers never do. I don't understand people's insistence on answering the phone. You just don't have to. Scam bam. Ignore them. Hang up on them. Don't speak to them. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. Bearing in mind the present Covid-19 restrictions (that's my excuse, anyway) it's fun to see how long you can keep the scammer on the line without them hanging up. My record is 18 minutes for a "This is the Microsoft Technical Department" scammer...

I managed just over 10 minutes the other day. I don't normally bother, but the last couple of weeks has seen a load of these calls.GraceCourt said:Bearing in mind the present Covid-19 restrictions (that's my excuse, anyway) it's fun to see how long you can keep the scammer on the line without them hanging up.
